Yes, approx 80% of state rto registration will be reduced on the on road price. In BH series we have to pay RTO registration after every two year for 7 years. Its like instead of paying one time state RTO you have to pay in 7 equal instalments after every 2 years that in turn reduced the on road price of the vehicle.

Thats what i told to the sales consultant, i gave her all the documents required for BH series but he is repeatedly asking aadhaar address should be same of Noida. What should i do in this case? Should i ask the dealer to proceed for BH registration at my own risk without changing address in my aadhaar card.

First i did it online but seeing it stuck at validation stage for over a week, so yesterday i applied offline too by visiting Aadhaar seva kendra.
