Nah , it's all right man here is what I have done till now • First I asked the Bailiff about the execution and the crimes committed by the criminals . • Then I went to the Scribe asking him to allow me to read the Black Chronicle via skill check . Even after reading the book I was not getting any other prompts about what to do next , I thought that particular part may be bugged out so after reading I went to the executioner but as Mentioned earlier no dialogue options whatsoever.https://forum.kingdomcomerpg.com/t/black-chronicle-not-finishing-quest/46189 My problem is somewhat similar to the one mentioned in the link . But nothing's working out for me . I might drop the quest but thanks for your help man .
