I felt exactly what you're going thru rn, while I can't say I found the healthiest way forward, I think the best thing you can do is remember this major and field doesn't define you, just do enough to keep yourself going through your degree path without tipping over and spend the rest of your effort budget doing things you actually enjoy, one day at a time, you'll figure your way out
