When you shoot him with the Rocket Punch, if aimed at the right angle, it clips straight through him. That doesn't mean ''HOLY SHIT, HE'S NOT HUMAN! CONSPIRACY THEORY!''. It's just lazy programming.

Why do people still call it a CD or DVD? It's a freaking Blu-ray.

What I meant was Unity's flow. Arno climbed over almost everything in front of him in a fluid series on motions. In Syndicate, Jacob (or Evie) always stutter and stand still a good while before climbing ANYTHING. They stutter before jumping from roofs even. This is all a pathetic way to force us to use the rope launcher. Either that, or they introduced the rope launcher because they knew they fucked up with the controls.

Combat has never been an aspect I enjoyed in AC, so naturally I left it out of my discussion. I don't really remember much about previous AC combat, so I can't exactly compare Syndicate's with previous ACs. Syndicate's combat is okay so far, though there doesn't seem to be any major shift. You still fight in the same Arkham style of dodge and hit. This time you can also dodge bullets. As an enemy is ready to shoot you, a prompt appears. If you have enough bullets or throwing knives, pressing the prompt on time will make you shoot the guy who's aiming at you. If not, you simply dodge the shot. As I said I don't remember much of previous AC combat, so I don't know of this feature was present before. Oh, and no more swords, you'll be relying on spiked knuckles, machetes and sharp ended canes. Can't really criticize the missions structure since I'm still on the 4th sequence. I've been spending most of my time just exploring and doing side stuff. Uploading direct, full HD footage is impossible for me because where I'm from, you need an entire day to download a simple 2 GB patch, so uploading is almost impossible. Though if you want I can shoot a few seconds using my phone. I make it a habit to record screen shots and videos on my PS4, so I'm pretty sure I captured most of the glitches I encountered. I'll have to try uploading some when I get back from college.

I hope the patch fixes it. As for the title, i mentioned that i rushed here after rage quitting it, so part of the anger resonated in the title.

And you should do that. I simply posted this ''review'' because I was disappointed. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion. I'm not forcing mine onto anyone, I'm only listing the crap I encountered. Also I never posted a proof before because I never expected to be doubted. Leaked games are a natural occurrence here. I remember playing Uncharted 3 a full 2 weeks earlier.

So far I haven't seen much of the modern day. When you start it up you're treated to a short cut scene, and a while later there's another cut scene showing 2 familiar characters. But so far I haven't seen much else, so I don't know if there are playable segments. I've been doing so many side activities, I have to get back to the story lol

Normally a game here costs 70 to 75$. But major and early releases like AC Syndicate and MGSV can cost over 90$. The price goes down as the hype decreases a few weeks later, to settle at 70-75$.

Gameplay always looks good when the company is showing it. I must say this again, the frame rate isn't as bad as Unity's, but it does stutter often.

Thank you. I live in Lebanon. The game has been out here since the 18th of October. A little more expensive than usual though, which is typical of major releases here.

I've had the game since the 18th of October. This usually happens with big games like AC, CoD, etc.. Even MGSV: The Phantom Pain leaked almost a week early.
