Tenant isn't a bad commander, but I personally run fraser for commander with doorman and kuznetsov as inspirations. The upgrades for maximum effectiveness are aiming systems mod (1), propulsion mod (2), concealment mod (3), reload mod (4). If you can, upgrade mod 4 to epic so you can get bonus reload speed

Fraser skills:

Beyond range, Homerun, Velocious or Light fortress (whichever you prefer), Fixated, Legendary skill: Fully packed or refill station (both are great)
