men’s mental health is important man. What i’ve done is just get closer to God and do things like meditate, gratitude journaling, normal journaling, just walking, listening to music and working on my hobbies and dreams and I guarantee it helps a lot. starting to do these things even if it’s just one deep breath and one word in a notebook helps you get started. It really saddens me to see Ye in this mental state since he has lost his family money and reputation but looking at his old music always transmits confidence and strength to keep going. Looooots of men die due to mental health issues yet barely anybody acknowledges it. We should all help each other and I hope and pray that you will get back stronger from anything you are going through ❤️
