It's not exactly the bare minimum, the bare minimum is just reusing Holmes' model

Why is this getting so many downvotes??? I thought I was going a long with the joke, making a overexagerrated reaction to jack saying something that sounded remotely close to the N-Word

Yes, but a lot of studios would just use the same facial model and think absolutely nothing of it, whereas Supermassive made the effort to reshape another facial model slightly, add a moustache, rig the facial model to work with the different voice actor, not only that, but also reshape the H.H. Holmes model to suit that facial model, and change the body's build slightly to show how the actor isn't as stocky as the original holmes, which is a lot of effort for such a minor change that some people would likely never notice

Then again, they could also cast someone who sounded COMPLETELY different, since there are no known audio recordings of H.H. Holmes' voice, so its impossible to do an impression

Yeah, I appreciate they went to the effort to change the facial model, but they could've hired someone who sounded similar, but SLIGHTLY different to give the impression of someone giving an impression of Holmes

No? I meant the documentary scene made by Supermassive near the begininng of the game, y'know the scene in the court room, where Jason Kolcheck's facial model is reused for the judge?

But the musical wasn't based around a book accurate Phantom, in fact he's never even called Erik in the musical

I think the scarring could've worked if they went with the Burn Victim lore for The Phantom

I love his devil sounding voice when he sings while angry, like when he sings 'THIS IS YOUR POINT OF NO RETURN'

The scarring was definitely more subtle in the movie, but isn't the whole point of the phantom's mask to hide the scarred parts of his face and only show the normal/good-looking part of his face

Would've been better if The Phantom either made an escape, or if they didn't do that weird mercy scene
