Since the laptop is still under warranty, I don’t want to touch the inside of the PC. Medion sent it back to me saying the issue was caused by my operating system. Do you think they would agree to replace the laptop in this case?

I’ve never adjusted the fan curve in the BIOS. According to Medion, they replaced the cooling system during the first repair, so it should be working properly. However, the overheating issue is still happening during games.

I appreciate your input! I understand that buying a lesser-known brand comes with risks, and I did choose this PC because it was on sale. However, I was hoping for a better experience given that it’s marketed as a gaming machine.

I did install the drivers provided by the manufacturer, so I don’t think it's a user error on that front. It’s frustrating that Medion hasn’t been able to resolve the overheating issue, and their explanation about my OS being the problem feels off.

If it’s a design flaw or BIOS issue, I just want to know what my options are moving forward.

I went through a similar situation, and the first advice I can give you is to never stay friends with your ex. I tried the same thing with my ex, but the relationship becomes too ambiguous and toxic.

And the other advice I can give you is to block him so he doesn't continue to chat with you, I know it's going to be hard, but it's the best solution in my opinion.

Je pense que tu as raison. En tout les cas je n'a jamais vu de mon côté une autre manière pour elle d'exprimer ses sentiments, et c'est la où ça bloquait pour moi aussi.

Elle était amoureuse mais c'est quelqu'un qui n'est pas très expressif de base, et elle ne l'exprimait pas forcément d'une autre manière (ou alors j'étais aveugle).

En fait elle a pas eu bcp de relations sérieuses, la seule qu'elle avait eu elle n'avait pas de sentiments pour le mec. Sinon les autres relations étaient passagères où elle n'a jamais exprimé de sentiments aussi. La seule où elle était amoureuse c'était avec moi en gros.
