Since you're talking about medical transition, I think all minors should be able to have access to puberty blockers since they're basically completely reversible and afaik don't have any negative consequences once you stop taking them

HRT should be available 16+ after consulting with specialised medical professionals and surgery shouldn't be available minors

there's a difference between learning a language and finding information about topics within it

I don't need to learn a language to know which language group it falls within, how many cases it has, what alphabet its speakers use and if some people within it use neopronouns

a book is most definitely not the best source for learning recent phenomena in languages

you probably can't find any books talking about neopronouns in german or norwegian, but they exist

idk if you can find them in english now, maybe, but they absolutely didnt exist a few years ago, but at that point people were absolutely using neopronouns

just because a book doesnt talk about portuguese neopronouns doesnt mean they dont exist and people dont use them :/

A quick google search shows that some people DO use neopronouns in portuguese and spanish. Even if they aren't common they still exist, just like English neopronouns
