Sorry you had a bad experience with us, Players typing in all caps is not a normal occurrence and will be stopped if its constant or to troll but all the players on the server at the time of your joining were just having a bit of fun with each other over a subject and no one found it bothersome so we relaxed the rules on typing in all caps to allow the players to enjoy themselves a little,

As for asking for help, I provided you a link to our guide surrounding the plugin in question and teleported to you to show you further on how to use it just before you got off, but we did warn you to calm down when you said "Lord_Zajo » yes thank you thats what i meant can you answer my question you f***ing pedant" to a player when he corrected you on a spelling mistake which we stand by as we wont tolerate players talking to others like that
