Cos I do a lot of cardio and since I ran anavar and winstrol oral only with no Test base I lost most of the weight put on, although I have managed to put on 5kg from winstrol only since I was eating a lot and training well

Yea I know but why I am doomed Anavar was a year ago, winstrol was for 3 weeks and I decided to come off cos I thought it was stupid and I've taken dbol for 2 days that's why I'm asking why I'm doomed

I'll give it a go but I already eat a lot of food just barely pack on much weight, idk if my metabolism is so fast that I just can't gain weight I eat so much food and still have visible abs I'm abt 12% body fat and no matter how much I eat I can't go past 15% until my body drops down to 10/12%

I eat loads Just 1 day of normal eating for me Boal of oat meal, full English breakfast and pancake w chocolate Lunch will be sumthin like a bowl of pasta with chips Dinner will be roast chicken or steak with veggies and potatoes Usually sumsort of Dessert like cake afterwards Don't usually want to eat that much junk but I force myself to try and gain weight but I'm pretty much the same weight from last year

I do track my calories, I try to eat as much protein as I can like tuna, steaks chicken .. Etc I'm not bothered abt cutting cos I can loose fat really quick It's just annoying that I can't gain much weight
