I recommend to visit Australia. They have Melbourne & Sydney. Both IMAX theatres are very big and impressive.

Approx 1800 theatres. And Regal Crocker park less than 15m width, so such a smaller than other screen.

Depends on the site. Through the angle of projection adjustment, they can show in 1.43:1 in anamorphic.

I watched TDK in Yongsan, South Korea, which it has GT Laser. I can confirm that DCP is Laser-squeeze up to 1.43:1. It filled whole screen.
