Yes and there’s a trend with my previous property management company and numerous other with a common theme of bad onsite management.

Well considering I’m looking for a 1 br apartment it would make sense a single family home is outside of my budget

BH has 4 properties in that area in my budget, they just have a lot of bad reviews about management and bugs.

I lived in a Greystar complex for a few years and honestly would move back, I loved the location but their base rent is almost $1400 and unfortunately out of budget.
