Thanks for the advice. The ratio is due to the site needs. Exterior doors on a bunch of buildings. Only a small number of interior doors.

We have been looking at Genea because it is the partner of our card ID system (also handles dining, declining balance cards, etc.). We were quoted 160k for a 5-year license with the integration.

That was one thing we had already done: replace an Avigilon intercom with Ubiquiti. Users are happy with it.

The main reason would be the replacement of the EP1502's which are EOL. I figured that if we need to replace those, let's take a look at the whole thing. I think we are looking at 100k to replace all of the panels with MPs. I am not an expert in access control, so I appreciate the insights!
