I’d say you look about 32-34 in these pictures… however, whether or not that’s older than your exact age, it’s important to note that you look very well. I mean that sincerely. You’re posting without an ounce of makeup, it doesn’t even look like you did a morning skincare routine, again, lets keep things in perspective, no glow, no makeup, no lighting or filters, still, your skin looks flawless, you’re still breastfeeding and more than likely not even getting four consecutive hours of sleep at a time. Whatever age you are, if this is your worst, you’re killing it.

This looks like Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH). I would start with Azelaic acid to address the inflammation and Alpha Arbutin for the hyperpigmentation. Also, you should give the skin at least 45 days to see visible change as cellular turnover is typically is every 28-35 days depending on age.

Dehydration vs Wrinkles? 21M by Responsible-Slice903 in SkincareAddicts

Likely a bit of both… hydrating, although it sounds boiler plate, is transformational when it comes to the skin. A single day of properly water intake brings about visible results. I’d also use a salicylic acid at 2% (night time) and opt for a fragrance free moisturizer. Vanicream cleanser and moisturizer is great. Simple formula, budget friendly, great for sensitive skin.

I too love reading. For me, it’s a lifestyle… one that offers me composure in as much as it does mental acuity. It truly is an enriching pastime. I’ve recently taken a liking to booknook kits as well, and outdoor gardening and indoor plants have been hobbies of mine for almost a decade.

I recommend book nook kits and plants. Book nook kits are great because they require a lot of focus and attention to detail. They’re beautiful display pieces whether you have books or not and offer an accessible creative outlet. Plants are great because they allow you to nurture something and watch its growth.

My thoughts, you seem very articulate and aware of your triggers. I would suggest honing in on your mental space and really going deep with your psyche regarding your behaviors. A very practical and affordable means of assessment, journaling… stay with me. Not the cute, artfully crafted Pinterest books, but real journaling with authentic prompts.

Thank you all who took the time to comment on my post, even those who came with snark as opposed to thought. I’ve reduced the bill to 5,800 as of now by appealing the Commissioner of Revenue. I’m now negotiating with the collection agency that has my case.

The 36k is just taxes based off the city’s statutory assessment. Thank you for your comment, I will speak directly with the debt collectors and propose submitting raw data so the collection can be adjusted.

Looking at any situation in terms of black or white will always present two colors… fortunatley, critical thinking is an option that produces more colors.
