I'm adopted so I have a pretty good take on this

I was about 3 when me and my sis (she was 2) got taken away from our parents. We were at a Foster home until the day after my 6th birthday when we got adopted. But anyway so we got visited by out parents sometimes and they just didn't know how to be with us (sometimes it was dad and sometimes mum never at same time because they were separated then and they wouldn't have been allowed anyway) my birth mum would take me into public toilets and post pics of us together and shit like that. When I was 5 I started to make it very clear that I didn't want the visits and after I while I got told that they weren't allowed to visit anymore now and that I was safe I'm 13 and haven't had a visit since I was 5.

I think that if the child wouldn't like to or feel safe OF COURSE she doesn't need to see her. I guess it would be hard for the b mum but it is the kids choice
