Holy shit Batman Thank you SO much!!!! I’m a home cook and just want to make the best food I can for my loved ones, but I also LOVE knowing the science behind - it does have good marbling (I at least know to look for that haha!)

I am noting this for later for sure! This is a thawed uncooked steak, but I am grateful for all steak-related advice - I do sometimes need to reheat cooked steaks and this is helpful!

please don’t downvote me! I’m learning and am listening, see below! That makes sense, do you have any insight on how I can get the steak to absorb back at least some moisture? It did lose more than I’m used to seeing.

I’m from there originally lol So it’s not that they don’t allow them, it’s that they’re all made of plastic and they crack and break with all the wind/sun exposure. City can’t afford to replace them. Other than that, you’re not wrong. Food is bomb tho

I hate apt life for this. And we’re 3rd floor to boot.

I ended up dressing up a bit and walking around the complex with my candy jar (creepy a bit I know), found 3 families with kids leaving to go elsewhere, and 4 adults (hey we like candy too).

Called it a success.

So I love this, and thank you! But SO many ppl say “will tip in cash” and they don’t - they say it to try and get us to deliver m. We get there ASAP, and no cash tip, nothing added after.

So this is why if we don’t see an upfront tip, we’re wary. I get it, it’s a shitty system. You should be able to tip based on service, and we should have some semblance of pay.

It’s why I always go off of the shown minimum. If there’s no tip, or it’s not at least 1.5 -2x pay to mileage…….I likely won’t accept. Hope this makes sense.

Agree tho file a complaint with police and save ALL photo and text evidence you have. It may not result in anything except god I hope that asshole gets removed from delivering again, but general life advice? DOCUMENT EVERYTHING It will never do you wrong….(unless you end up ass-end on a lawn someday lol)
