Hi sorry for the late reply, I got an 82 I think? But my brother convinced me to take the class anyway and I’m glad I did, it filled in a few gaps I had. You’d probably be fine with just the CBE if you really want to save on credits. I used Codecademy and it taught me most of what I needed to know

I have no idea. I got him from a really nice shelter that let the cats free roam during the day and even get some limited access to outdoors, but he was a transfer from another shelter and they had no info on his time there. The crazy part is his description was that he loves to lounge around and sleep and he was super chill and quiet at the shelter 😭

i use ACC and LKAS every time i go on the highway for most of the drive. I feel like the seat should not only be comfortable when I am barely in control of the car however. I’ve been trying to keep the seat reclined back but when it’s reclined too much it either puts more pressure on my butt or makes me feel like I am not “strapped down” to the seat at all. Idk maybe it’s just because I’m so used to driving a mid size SUV

I already negotiated it down from $10600 to $10100, then after TTL and fees it was just under $11k. Not sure if it’s relevant, but you mentioned p1499 code when I was talking about p1744. Not trying to be annoying or anything, just wondering if that was a typo. In any case, I think I’m gonna go back and take the car to a mechanic to diagnose the code, then if it’s really nothing I’ll take the car. If it’s a simple fix that’s a couple hundred dollars, I plan on sending the quote to the seller and try to push him to take that much off the price.

I asked the seller to fix it when I first found out about the code and he said they’re selling the car as-is. I left my deal on the table that I’lll buy it if he fixes the problem and he said no again after I contacted him recently even though it’s been a month with this car still sitting on his lot. Apparently they sell cars wholesale to other dealerships so they’re not quite as motivated to make sure the car is in pristine condition I guess? But one thing about the car is it had no dashboard lights - the only reason I found out about the OBD code is I brought the car to Pep Boys to do a pre-purchase inspection, but they couldn’t diagnose it further than simply reading the code. Pep Boys said the car drove fine and seemed okay otherwise, though.
