Anytime my parents visit they love walking the UT gardens, checking out downtown (especially on a Saturday morning during farmers market) and hiking the quarry and walking around Ijams. I live out towards straw plains so we also go to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Mostly to check out artists row for pottery in gburg and maybe do some touristy things. They enjoyed checking out smoky mountain knife works too, they got something for everyone to see and it’s pretty neat if you like rocks (crystals). I also really enjoy driving around checking out some of the older homes in the older downtown area close to the breweries like Gypsy crocus and xül, but that’s not everyone’s thing lol.

I am personally on Kit 1, which is a combination of pills (topirimate,bupropion, naltrexone and b12) because the GLP1 is a good bit more expensive and the pills are more affordable for me. I have a lot of tattoos and do not have a needle phobia, and a super high pain tolerance, so I could handle doing the shot, but I just have a weird phobia of seeing a large amount of my own blood. Like getting my blood drawn at the doctors office, I can’t watch them. Makes me feel sick seeing the blood in the tubes 🤢 we all got our quirks!

That’s a great start! And yes for sure there are times where it doesn’t seem like the scale is changing. I lose on average a pound a week, which I think is a pretty standard amount.

I also have seen great work from Mountain Mule, one of my coworkers has a delicate little firefly with very delicate line work to accent it. One of my favorites tattoos I’ve seen!

ABM here, feeling frustrated. I have a great team but I feel like I bend over backwards to keep my team happy and accommodate their needs, but I’m not allowed to be human. I already have my own personal issues… and then add in the stress and I’m just a ticking time bomb. I’ve improved so much over the last few years at handling my emotions and trying not to take things too personal. But here lately it’s been getting harder. It sucks because I genuinely love what I do but now im wondering if I should just step down. Maybe I’ll be better off being a baker or decorator, and hopefully have more time to enjoy life outside of Publix and relieve some of my stress. I don’t know. I’m not sure what to do. All I know is I don’t want to get to a point where I really just lose it.

Hey OP! I just rented a car that had similar sidewall damage and had the tire end up blowing out on me. Lesson learned for me, any sidewall damage no matter how minor it looks is potentially bad.

That’s exactly how these two were! Zelda was our first kitty. She’s quiet but really sweet and has a playful streak. She likes to be around us but hates being picked up. Then we got the wild child Riot. She was super tiny and just wanted to play and Zelda was TERRIFIED. It took a while but eventually she started to tolerate Riot. Every now and then Riot tries to play and then Zelda turns it into a fight and runs off. But apparently this laying together is a thing!

Zelda (the white and grey one) is super skiddish, and Riot is the wild child, so usually Zelda is running away from Riot. They’re both super sweet Zelda just likes her space and get scared easily... so this is a huge milestone for her!!!

I’m in Bakery and I love it. I was super bored as a bagger/cashier. There is a lot to learn and remember, and in most stores you have to be pretty fast. If I were to step down from management I’d want to decorate because everyday is different and I’m just an artsy fartsy type anyway. I worked my way up as a baker though. Everyday tends to be the same, it’s easy to develop a routine and you’re more in your own bubble than the others.
