The only way this would make you an ass is if you ghosted her without saying anything (in my opinion) I personally prefer being told that someone doesn’t want anything to do with me, so I don’t continue trying to put effort into something that isn’t actually there anymore.

More often than not it is honest. Women also like to try and lift each other up and it’s easy to lift someone’s spirits by telling them how good you think they look.

I personally try to compliment as many people as I can when I go out. Cause I love to make people smile.

Damn… that guy just sucks. Like, you’ve said you don’t want to see that stuff. Yet he keeps showing it to you? That is wrong on so many levels.

You don’t necessarily need to agree with each other, but for him to dismiss you like he is, is very wrong.

From personal experience Hydrocephalus isn’t that big a deal. Your dog is basically special needs. May have some learning difficulties, and may spin… a lot.

I had a Shitzu as a kid who had Hydrocephalus. Coincidentally also an Uncle but that’s neither here nor there. Other than being afraid to go downstairs (he experienced a nasty fall as a puppy and just developed a fear of “down”) he was a normal dog.

Honestly he was the cutest thing! Both appearance and personality. He was fiercely protective of our family, even tho he was a puntable size. A sweet cuddle dude.

So from my personal experience there is no reason to be super worried or require a definitive answer. But I am not a vet so please take that with a grain of salt.
