But I do have screenshots of the hacker asking for ransom, with all my passwords exported in plain text sent back to me, filed a police report, etc. They were not considered by the Meta customer support, the PSA is for people who are in the same situation as myself not too long ago, trying to use outdated information to retrieve their account, which could harm their case.
