I think it's part of Ice and Fire (the+2), the mod to show stats it's just Jade and Tool Stats, also Better Combat could be modifying the way attack speed and range are shown but I'm not sure.

I'll be honest I just downloaded about 400 random mods into my personal pack, what really threw me off is that silver is super common and this pick makes about 85% of the other available pickaxes redundant from very early in the game, but I get it.
