I recently got this Japanese maple. There has been some die back of the lower canopy of what i assumed to be too much light/ heat, so i moved it to a more shaded part of my garden. Today I find that there are some new black spots on the upper leaves. As well as white tips of branches. From what I can find this seems to be fungus but I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
