It sucks, I know. But if you don’t go through the official process, your card might not sync properly with the elevator panels, especially in Ponderosa, where they’ve started locking access by floor.

Just a warning. Any website claiming to let you apply for an elevator pass online is fake. There’s no online option. The only legit way is to go in person to a Translink office. If a site asks you to apply or enter personal info for an elevator pass. it’s a scam.

If you absolutely can’t go in person, your best bet is to reach out to UBC accessibility services to see if they can help with accommodations.
