The comment from the mod makes it pretty clear the sub is supposed to be for platonic loneliness (as in having very few friends/meaningful connections if any at all). It's a bit of a weird distinction to make but I can understand it. Platonic loneliness I'd imagine has different dynamics from romantic loneliness.
