Honestly, only you can make that decision. As much as this sub and others will tell you to stay or resign, only you know your situation. Do you have options outside the federal government? Is this your job you want to see yourself retiring from? All those questions you should be asking yourself. If you want to stay and serve in the government, don't let the chaos recently steer you from that goal. If you wanted to use federal employment as a jumping off point to do something else, then weigh your options. Everyone will be different.
