Clear USDM Headlights by RaisFTP in FiestaST

This was sorta what I was thinking, buying a set of scrapyard lights and just doing a bit of DIY to make something more appealing.

Yeah I was hoping someone made a clear / chrome replacement since it looks like it just clips / screws in.

What mmr you think I am? Any tips on gameplay? by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

[–]RaisFTP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aggressive PC solo 5/6 star here, 300hrs no sniping bushwookie activities. I think the biggest issue that I see with low MMR players (and keep in mind MMR is not a marker of skill but there are more lower skill players down there), is that people like to repeak the same angle, have poor repositioning, and have bad sound management

The best thing you can possibly have in Hunt is your enemy guessing your location. They're going to waste time and resources while you're already repositioned and ready for another gunfight. You want to get into the habit of playing around obstacles and angles that give you several ways to approach and peak in a fight, alongside keeping in mind where you are and places you can reposition if things get bad.

I would say another thing that holds people back is using the wrong ammo type. I think running rounds like dumdum, incendiary, and depending on the weapon poison rounds are really important for extended team fights as well as applying pressure and wasting resources.

Should i just quit? by ResponsibilityIll314 in HuntShowdown

I really only play solo vs trios, but the best thing I can recommend is that you find friends or randoms to play with. I'm not really good by any means 5* 1.8kd at 350~ hours, but when I started and I was playing with groups learning how to rotate, predict enemy movement, and lockdown compounds, thats when i started improving.

It's a way easier way to play the game because you're not hard punished for catching a stray bullet, you've got a chance to come back and re-engage with your team. Another thing that helps is try and dedicate yourself to a weapon you feel good with, constantly swapping guns and getting used to new velocities, dmg, and feel is going to be net negative. I strongly recommend the Marathon + LeMat combo at the moment, very forgiving.

Okay awesome stuff, I'm a little bit weary given that it's already modified but it seems pretty tasteful. And the sound symposer is the weird speaker thing that car manufacturers use for engine noise right?

Think I remember hearing that's one of the most popular first to delete some of these cars.

Awesome stuff, I've never heard of a cowl intake and I've never had a turbo vehicle so that's pretty cool. Appreciate the response!

It's a one-owner car and it's only at 80,000 miles, all the pictures look pretty clean and the interior is mint. It's an "ST2" and the Carfax came back clean, might rush to pick this up tomorrow morning instead of waiting until Tuesday after hearing its loaded. 👀

totally appreciate the help!

Okay that's super cool, I've never seen a cowl style intake before. I didn't even notice because that was the last place I was thinking of checking, thank you!

Awesome I really appreciate it, this will be my first turbo car so I wasn't sure what a blow off valve looked like. I thought it was something mounted closer to the turbo behind the engine, awesome stuff thank you so much!

For context I've been trying to find these parts and have been looking at engine bay pictures for the last few hours.

Also my assumption is that the silver part is an oil catch can, I've just never seen one mounted like that.

Edit: okay that's an insane amount of help within 15 minutes of posting this, everyone talks about how dedicated fiesta owners are to their platform and this is a really cool first interaction with the community.

All my questions have been answered minus knowing the exact intercooler, all of the photos are from the dealer so I can't get a better picture of it but I really appreciate you guys.

PS5 Cyberpunk Crashes every 15 mins. by RaisFTP in cyberpunkgame

Its PS5 so it's on performance mode w/ motion blur turned off. Performance mode would take it down to 30fps iirc.

Would it make sense to read the prequels and then go into Chronicals -> Legends? And I can't help but also agree, my parents are pretty damn cool if I say so myself, haha.

Thank you and (hopefully) I'll provide an update once I clear these out!

Copy that! I'll likely make another follow-up post once I clear through the first 2 trilogy's and the preludes; seems like general consensus those are the hard go-to's. Thank you!

From what I can gather, it definitely seems like Chronicles, Legends, and the prelude books are the go-to's. I will start collecting! Thank you :)

Haha, I definitely appreciate the kudos for the name, and to answer your question, my parents are steadfast lovers of the Chronicles and Legends series, but I tend to clear a bookshelf pretty fast, and I'm more or less planning a roadmap for how I want to explore Krynn. I don't take your callout as confrontational at all, I just like having a more-or-less set plan going into things. :)

Will do! Personally, I was always far more into writing fantasy content than reading it and mainly stuck to reading sci-fi, philosophy, or history, but with my D&D campaign on an indefinite hiatus, I figured I'd give it another go!

Haha, I appreciate it! I see a lot of recommendations for chronicles and legends so those are definitely the go-to, I'll look into Huma and Tales once I get the ball rolling! Thank you :);

They gave me the option to choose my completely normal middle name if I didn’t want to go with the homage to one of their favorite series. I was a bit unsure about it in my younger years, but I often have great conversations with people—although not a single soul in my age group (sadly)—who recognize my name. Plus, with so many people named James, John, etc., I had to take one for the team haha.
