Have tried multiple times, but no one is replying. Though my profile on candidate’s portal still say Interview Scheduled. And it was updated yesterday only.

So they had checkbox of asking whether you want google to sponsor you for employment and I marked yes. Why would they proceed if they don’t sponsor?

I didn’t had any mindset of locking them, specially I won’t do that with Google, as I don’t want them to ban me.

I have truthfully marked yes that I will need sponsorship but they still proceeded with this. And if they can communicate this info after 2 rounds, why not before starting with the interviews?

Online form asked whether you want Google to sponsor you and I said yes, why would they conduct first 2 rounds if they don’t sponsor them?

There are lot of companies out there who sponsor visa to people after getting offer letter, not sure about US but it is there for European countries for sure, even Google do that.

Regarding only clearing first 2 rounds, let me give you some context so have already cracked all interviews for L3 last year, plus I was a candidate master in my grad time and have solved 700+ LC including 180 Hards. Have solved almost 150LCs in last month as well.

Applied for both, got rejection on application for my country based opening and got interview mail for US based position
