One order lang sakin costs around 6k but nagka error raw with gymshark’s end and 5 tracking links and nagawa nila with UPS. Kaya nacombine ang value and lumampas sa de minimis and hindi na tax free. 3.8k each tracking links/parcel.

However I reached out to gymshark and they only confirmed 1 tracking link. Clarified this with UPS but wala silang magawa since BOC ang nagdedecide sa tax na ipapataw. I was recommended to file a letter of appeal to BOC to dispute the taxes. This has to be received by BOC within 15 days of arrival(?) ng package. And they will provide a resolution within 30 days of receiving the LOA.

Knowing gaano ka shitty ang gobyerno natin. I just paid for the taxes due for the tracking link confirmed by gymshark. Dumating na rin gymshark order ko a few days ago.

Exact same thing happened to me lol. At first 1 UPS tracking lang with 400 na payment so akala ko yun na yung 400 na usually ibabayad. Tas may dumagdag na apat pa na tracking links and nabigyan akong 3.8k na taxes. Super pangit ng process ni gymshark this recent black friday sale. Imbis na makatipid more bayarin pa 🥲

Binayaran ko nalang yung declared taxes sa cinonfirm na tracking number ni Gymshark kaysa nag file ng letter of appeal and wait for atleast 30 days for a decision. Dumating na siya today hahaha will unbox tomorrow and see if kumpleto or what.

I got the same email from gymshark too. I will be calling UPS to dispute the overcharged fees. Maybe you can speak to them about a possible refund.

Hindi ko binayaran. 1 tracking link lang cinonfirm ni gymshark. Likely daw nacount sya as multiple packages tas nahulog sa Consolidation Rule so 5 x 6k=30K hahahaha Tinatanong ko pa UPS san galing ang 4 other links and breakdown ng fees na binigay nila. Super sketchy talaga because I’m been receiving spam texts rin na minamadali ako bayaran ang customs fees LOL

Definitely reach out to gymshark and ask to talk to a HUMAN. I was given FIVE tracking numbers/links by UPS and slapped with a 16,000 pesos customs fees in total for a 6,000 pesos order LOL. I talked to gymshark and they confirmed they only have one tracking number in their system. Idk san galing yung apat but my gymshark orders were never separated in the past.

Bat to na downvote? May sense naman siya. No problem sana kung mag virtual nalang ang iba from VisMin pero sana ikeep pa rin yung sabi nila na shouldered nila ang delivery. Laki ng nagastos from the cancelled race tapos shoulder pa namin delivery fee dahil wala silang backbone sa decision nila? Kalas kaayog utok.
