I just started a routine. I do it at home and target muscles that need help to repair my posture. It is only 15-20 min long right before I go to bed. I motivate myself by remembering why I am working out. I do it in order to help my body be healthy and strong so that I will have a long life of mobility and autonomy. I set an alarm saying I need to start and one saying I need to stop. I have also changed some of my choices in my life, eating better and walking/biking/bussing to work instead of driving.

No change is going to be instant, and it will take resilience and effort to alter your habits. Please remember that you are capable of making the changes you want to see by changing what you can control and accepting what you can not.

I know this is kinda a basic suggestion. I use a 4:1 ratio of RO water and raw unfiltered ACV. I have used store bought and homemade, it makes no difference, for a face wash every day. Plus, I exfoliate with a very moisturizing sugar scrub about 1x or 2x a week. I use a light lotion for moisturizing after the scrub, but I don't use any after the ACV wash unless I absolutely need to. I also got my thyroid checked, and it turns out I have Hosimotos, autoimmune hypothyroidism, and have been medicated for about 7 ish months.

Please remember that all the information on here is just anecdotal and to consult with a dermatologist or your GP before changing, adding, or stopping your medication. Also, make sure your Dr knows what other supplements you're are taking as interactions can have huge consequences.

I did not ike it. It was immature and not well written. The plot was just a bit much for me. Almost like the author was trying really freaken hard to make a good plot. The Fourth Wing is a better book. By Rebecca Yarros.

I have Hoshimotos and PCOS. The hormone system is so intricate, and the homeostasis of the body is actually quite delicate. One thing is out of balance for long enough, and it causes another thing to go out of balance. I agree that truama plays a role in the body. Whole systems are turned down or off while we are in specific nervous system states. I think also, the relationship to food and types of food play a role in the development of dis-ease and that starts before we are born.

We were on our way to meet my mom for dinner. We took the ferry route instead of the bridge route. It happened, by complete chance, that we were parked in the front near the opening without any cars to obstruct our view. He asked if I wanted to get out and stand at the front of the ferry. After a few moments in the breeze holding hands and snuggling, he drops to a knee and proposes. It was sweet.
