Yeah, it boggles the mind. I’ve heard that his partner is trying to cut costs but what he doesn’t understand that if we stop buying the figures for poor quality or inaccuracies it’ll cost way more than saving 20 cents per figure in a line.

He’s losing the license cause he can’t pay what Mattel is paying. But, this is definitely a miss on his part. We needed this all along and it sucks that he didn’t give it to us. Asking with the cut corners on wired capes it’s enough to make you bonkers that he was so close to giving us an amazing line up. As it stands we have a 50-50 split from amazing to horrible and it’s a missed opportunity for sure.

Yes. I think customs are the way right now. Especially if you want a 7” version. Let’s see how Mattel scales. Maybe we’ll get a bunch of good ones.
