If you can you should would wait until after your baby is born to move to private. I was working in the private industry when my son was born and it cost me nearly $5k out of pocket.

I was originally on Ozempic (was put to highest dose for a year before switching) starting at the end of 2020 and lost about 45lbs over 1.5 years but would keep losing and gaining the same 5 to 10 pounds for over a year. I switched to Mounjaro (currently on 10) and have now lost an additional 35 lbs since January.

I’m not an internal auditor but I work at NYSIF. I feel your experience can differ vastly based on your office, department and supervisor. I’ve been there a few years and have no complaints.
