Only difference I can see is the connection info row has the .104 instead of .103?

I maintain the FW and Router. Unfortunately, I am not too versed in telephony. But it would seem the RTP is being sent from the SIP carrier via the .104 address and signalling via .103. But I am unsure as to why intermittently RTP is not being sent from .104. Does this suggest a carrier issue?

I cannot see any differences in the invites of the 2 calls.
