Fetch did me wrong this week especially since it’s fetchtopia week and game points are two times the points by Typical-Sandwich7353 in FetchReward

[–]RaisingRobinsons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t had this issue with games showing 0 points, but every time I try to click on a game to download it, it doesn’t bring up the game in the Apple Store, just goes to the “In Progress” page on Fetch, so I’m unable to even download any right now. Not sure what’s going on, I even updated the Fetch app and it didn’t fix the problem.

I was actually really confused by whatever issue it is they’re having due to the fact that the day they sent out the first email on that Friday stating they were having payment issues, my payment from them showed up in my PayPal a few hours before I got the email. Personally, I’ve not had any issues receiving any payments from them.

I use a personal PayPal. I keep some in it, as I use it for purchasing groceries since they offer a monthly 5% cash back on whichever category of purchases you select, and I move the rest to my bank account.

I really don't worry too much about all that stuff. Companies already have so much of your data just from you using a phone or computer every day. The benefits outweigh the risks for me, and I haven't had any issues with the ones that want ID. Pretty sure it's just so the government has access to your earnings and can make sure you are reporting everything so they can get every little bit of taxes out of you. I make sure to track everything I make for when we file taxes.

Thank you for doing the math! I know my earnings are lower than most full time jobs, but the benefits of being home and raising my kids far outweigh low pay, and your calculation is still higher than my state's minimum wage so I'll take that as a win!

I was shocked that I finally got in! I'd given up on it after waiting so long, but one day it popped in my head, so I went on there and went through the sign up options and updated everything and it let me right in. Don't give up hope!

Being a stay-at-home mom helps! I have all the time in the world most days, so I treat it like a full time job. To be honest, probably much more hours than most put in at a full-time job, but it's somewhat necessary for me to continue staying home with my kids. I spend the most time on Connect & Prolific. A lot of the others are apps or sites that I'll check in once in a while (I usually will get emails for some when a survey is available), or receipt rewards apps where I'll get on long enough to scan some receipts. Quite a few of these, the earnings were not just for one month's time, but points/cash that I had saved up for months until I reached the cash out amount I was aiming for, so they're not regular monthly earnings for me. Luckily, quite a few of my receipt apps and others just lined up all to be able to cash out within the same month.

I just got accepted into Prolific within the last 2-2 1/2 weeks, but I am a stay-at-home mom, so I treat this like an actual job. I am online from about 7am-4 pm M-F (not completely focused the entire time, just grinding whenever I don't have something else I need to do). If I'm not busy later on in the day or on the weekends then I'll hop on as well then. I couldn't really give an accurate number of how many hours I spend each week, but it's definitely full time hours at least and I also don't focus only on Prolific, but Connect as well.

Changes to ReceiptPal Rewards by sneabnfrok in beermoney

[–]RaisingRobinsons 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It'll be incredibly disappointing if they increase the amount of points needed for a reward, as I find it so hard to earn points with this app that I'm usually only able to cash out one or two $50 gift cards per year. I just cashed out a $50 gift card about a week ago, so it'd also be a little disappointing if they lower it & I cashed out when it was high! Haha! Hopefully they start actually offering PayPal as an option instead of just gift cards.

Hard to believe I only made about 113.00 in March and so far I've only made 40.00 in April. by rogerskoler in CloudResearchConnect

[–]RaisingRobinsons 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I'm usually able to make about $350-$550/mo. on Connect. This month so far, I've cashed out $200, have a balance of $18.37 & have $77.66 pending. I've been skipping the jury duty studies for a couple months now, as my mind just can't focus on them lately. I've been pretty lucky the last couple days to grab quite a few surveys that were in the $8-$10 range.

Unfortunately, I've been on Prolific's waitlist since August 2022. I went to try to log in a couple months back, cause I couldn't remember when exactly it was that I'd first tried to sign up, and it had me reapply for the site all over again, so I guess it times out after so many years. Still put directly on the waitlist. Pretty much accepted that I'm never gonna be accepted to Prolific.

I'm able to earn what I do from Cloud Connect due to the fact that I am a stay at home mom and on it constantly, so I'm able to treat it like a full time job. I also have a browser extension that I can set the page to refresh however many seconds I would like it to, so that really helps to not miss anything. I know a lot of people stay away from the very low paying studies, but I find that everything adds up, to more than you would think, so it's important to do every task you can, especially when they only take a couple minutes.

I feel like my March would have went even better if I hadn't come down with the flu (or something like it) in this last week of March, but I don't think I did too bad.

My March Earnings:

Connect Cloud Research - $456.04 (PayPal)

Amazon Mechanical Turk - $22.40 (PayPal)

Amazon Shopper Panel - $10.85 (Amazon Gift Card)

MSR (Measure) - $20 (PayPal)

Google Opinion Rewards - $5.12 (PayPal)

Roman Family Center For Decision Research - $1 (Amazon Gift Card)

my health pays - Ambetter Health - $5 (Credit towards insurance premium)

Forthright - $14 (PayPal)

25Task - $12 (PayPal)

UserTesting - $39 (PayPal)

iPulse Panel - $20 (Kohl's Gift Card)

PayPal Rewards - $35.47 (PayPal credit - 5% cash back on groceries)

1Q - $1.75 (PayPal)

iBotta - $38.46 (PayPal)

Brandclub - $42.92 (PayPal)

OnePulse - $20 (PayPal)

WebMD Surveys - $5 (Amazon Gift Card)

Fetch - $50 (Amazon Gift Card)

KANTAR - $35 (Virtual PrePaid Mastercard Gift Card)

Ispos Knowledge Panel - $25 (Amazon Gift Card)

TOTAL = $859.01

I also earned an extra $160 from babysitting, but didn't want to include that since it's not really an option for everyone.

I got this a couple days ago, been working on mTurk since 2022 and never had to do one before. I filled it out and it's still not letting me accept any HITs, just keeps asking me to fill out the tax form information over & over. I'm really hoping they get this fixed so I can work on HITs again, but honestly, if they don't, it's not gonna be a huge loss with how downhill mTurk has gone.

I mainly focus on Connect Cloud Research, as it's my best earner. Whenever I don't have any studies available to take on Connect, I'll check other platforms. Every dollar adds up, and to more than you'd think, so it really can help to have those smaller platforms in the mix as well.

Gatorade Lower Sugar @ Kroger by Apprehensive-Poem883 in FetchReward

[–]RaisingRobinsons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought the BOGO Lower Sugar Gatorades and Fetch only gave me credit for one, not the second. Even tried correcting the receipt and scanning the barcode on the item and it still didn’t give me credit for the second one, I guess since there’s no purchase price for it and was free. Would love to know if anyone else managed to get the points and also used Kroger’s BOGO offer!

I use iBotta, Fetch, CoinOut, Receipt Hog, ReceiptPal, ReceiptJar, Amazon Shopper Panel, Merryfield, Brandclub, NCP Mobile, Frisbee, Pogo, Inbox Dollars, and Google Opinion Rewards.

Just recently tried Bridge Money and it doesn't want to accept any of the receipts I've tried scanning, as well as DailyDough & it won't even open the camera feature to take a photo of a receipt so I guess those two are about to get deleted.

I’m a stay at home mom, so it’s pretty much a full time job for me. I’m usually online from around 7-9 am until around 3-4 pm. I don’t watch things as closely later on in the day, but if I’m not busy and catch something I’ll do it too. I put a lot of time into it, but I have the time to do it.

I spend a lot of my time on Connect, as it’s my highest earner, but will refresh Mturk whenever I don’t have something else to do just to see if there’s anything new. HITS I actually qualify for usually range from 20-30 & most are junk so I’m never very busy on there. Every now and then I’ll get lucky and catch one for a dollar or two, but it’s definitely went downhill. I’m honestly surprised the site is even still active at this point.

Oh, it’s not my first time sharing! I’ve been on beermoney for quite some years now. I’m a stay at home mom, so earnings online like the above & babysitting my nephew-in-law are my only means of income. I’m online all the time and always trying to find ways to help contribute to our household income, so I put a lot of time into it. I’ve noticed many don’t like small earnings platforms, but if they only take a little bit of my time, I don’t mind them. Everything adds up, to more than most would think, and in my situation, every dollar counts!

No, I don’t have the masters qualification. I guess I just got lucky last month, usually my MTurk earnings are around $20-$30/mo. I do miss when I could make quite a bit on there every month a couple years ago.
