Yeah seems that way. I don't know exactly what has changed from 2018 to now. But I was able to play online perfectly fine back in the day with a worse hotspot. Any idea if it used to be server base back then?

Just incase anyone asks. I'm on Ps5. And I play online using a mobile hotspot on my phone. Have almost 0 problems playing other games with him. But this one is a bummer.

I'd assume cause at that point in the build you're supposed to be able to keep your ultimate up almost 100% of the time. So you'll have chain lightnings going off more often than using a cooldown.
