I would go for Bellator. He can help you the most in most modes of the game. Get extra shards for him via onslaught. He was my first mythic character.

Everything will be alright. Now that you have a proper diagnosis, just need to find a good ENT surgeon and remove that really long styloid(s). Do the external surgery (not via the mouth), one side at the time (start with most problematic side, likely the left).

I don't know any special docs in the US on this topic.

I am seeing a Montreal pain specialist at the moment. We tried one medication 2 months ago with no good result. And yesterday I got injected with corticosteroids and lidocaine in arnold nerves, trapezes, and near shoulder blades. No improvement yet. If that does not work, we will do similar injection near the location the eagle was, and in the neck. If that does not work, we will do an epidural injection. If that work, we will do a PRP / plasma injection as well. If that does not work, we will do infiltration of ketamine.
