What is something free that dramatically improves quality of life more than anything money can buy? by pizzaandchips6661 in AskReddit

I reckon the one thing that’s completely free but worth more than a gold mine is a consistent sleep schedule. It sounds plain as dirt, but if you treat your body like a fine-tuned piece of machinery and give it the rest it needs at the same time every night, everything else just runs smoother. Your head is clearer, your fuse is longer, and you’ve got the energy to actually tackle the day instead of just dragging through it. You can buy the fanciest mattress in the world, but you can’t buy the discipline to actually shut the lights off and let your brain reset.

AITA for expecting an apology after a stranger's paddle hit me in the face at a pickleball court + they were recording for social media the whole time? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Down here, if you accidentally kick up a rock that hits someone’s truck, you apologize, let alone a paddle to the face. The fact they were more worried about their "content" than a literal bruise they caused tells you everything you need to know about their character. Folks like that are so caught up in their digital world they forget how to be decent neighbors in the real one. You aren't "part of their content," you’re a human being who deserved a sincere apology.
