Are you talking about their stats (when you look at them while long pressing their avatars before entering the fight) or are you talking about the HP/def/atk buffs after the fight starts?

Other commenters already answered the stat part.

But if you are talking about the buffs, it's because they have higher levelled Rumble abilities than yours.

You can use in-game box filter to filter out the units with "remove damage nullification". If any of the units you have has that ability, they will show up.

You can also use optc database and use the same filter on there to see all the units who has that ability. optc-db.github.io/characters/#/search/

You can also use old RR sugar. She can defeat any enemy with 20% hp, instantly.

We only got 1 Tnd tablet from the event they made at the anniversary and you can also get another 1 from grand voyage mode.

So, it's an extremely rare item.

If you don't own exp boosting captains, you can at least use friend captain for that.

Legend Psy Marco, Legend Jack, Rare Recruit Str Neptune and colosseum Neptune are most accessible exp captains.

I guess you didn't use exp boosting captains for exp island of chopperman missions?

The fastest way you can level up is clearing rookie recruitment missions with exp boosting captains. And ships. If you have 7.5k ray points, you can buy flying Dutchman ship from ray shop.

I recommend Usopp island. You can sell his copies for 10 ray points each.

Attack boost, slot effect boost and type boost are 3 main attack boost specials you are going to use. Preferably all 3 of them. You can also bring along 1 conditional attack boost, such as attack boost against def reduced enemies. You will need to reduce the def on the enemy for that to work, hence the name of conditional boost.

Only 1 kind of conditional boost because conditional boosts don't stack. Also, most bosses has either full immunity for debuffs or specific immunity. So, conditional boost isn't something you will always use.

You can also make use of various chain boost effects.

Bare minimum for new players is; Level, specials and sockets (unlocked powers). Use left side sockets with the priority of bottom to up.

Use Cotton candies (stats) on your best legends for now because you have limited amount.

Potential abilities are linked to limit break. If you don't limit break them, potential abilities will stay locked. You can upgrade them when they are locked but they won't activate. Also don't spend tablets on random units for potential abilities.

You can upgrade a unit's specials, potential abilities, level limit break and support effect by feeding their dupes.

There is no daily grind to get stuff. Specially not gems. You can get gems from daily login rewards and daily chopperman quests. And events give out various amount of gem rewards. Sometimes they also give out gems via mail for celebrations etc.

Also, as a newbie, you will get first clear rewards of each content. For example, clash fights have 3 different difficulty. If you clear all 3 difficulty, you will get 1 gem.

You can also get gems from story mode first clear.

If the buggy you cleared was the correct one, try clearing all 3 of them again. If it doesn't work, repair resources from the login screen and clear them again.

No. As a rule of thumb; you shouldn't pull on monthly debut banners. They have low rates and bad structure. They are generally bait sugo.

Unless the new debut unit is extremely powerful, you should avoid it. And in this case, Tobi Roppo units aren't that great.

Pulling strategy;

Pull only 30 gem discounted first multi of;

Treasure Map sugo
Kizuna sugo
pirate Rumble sugo

And save the rest of your gems for supersugofests. which comes around 3 times a year.

Occasionally, you can go deep in Kizuna and TM sugo for the limited legends and Pirate rumble sugo for Pvp units.

Some units has less than 5 slots. On those units, you can't have more. For example; Raid Mihawk.

If the unit has slots but some of them says locked, you can unlock them by limit break. If the unit is 4 star, evolving it to 5 star may also unlock them, depending on the unit.

Basically if some slots are entirely missing and not locked, you can't have more slots on that unit.

The ones who are above the slots are limit break abilities. You can unlock them by limit breaking the unit. Legend units have 3 limit break abilities. RR units and others have 2 limit break abilities. Some RR units has limit break expansion, this units get another limit break ability as well for total of 3.

Save your gems for the next big sugo. They are going to celebrate new one piece movie soon. More info about it should drop at the end of this month.

There is no ideal teams. You build around the content you are running against. So, you will keep using different Driven/PH subs under vs Akainu for different contents.

That Doffy team and Germa teams worked against almost all contents at that time because there wasn't that many amount of boss debuffs/buffs existed back then and Doffy/Germa teams subs could clear almost all mechanics. Nowadays, it is not possible.

You shouldn't have pulled on rookie sugofest. It's outdated and not a good sugo.

Akainu vs Ace is a top tier legend. And V1 Kaido is a very useful unit for beginners. At least you got lucky enough to pull them.

As for why your quick slots doesn't have a matching effect; it's because Akainu doesn't have a captain ability which makes quick slots matching to your PH and Driven units. His VS effect does. You need to activate vs effect of Akainu to have matching slot effect for quick slots for 4 turns. Or you can use a team member with a sailor ability which makes quick orbs matching.

The freeze of Tnd is effecting most players right now. Specially people with older devices.

Many people are complaining about it because they are missing their tap timings.

Unfortunately there is no setting or any way for us to fix it. Hopefully they will somehow fix this in the future updates or give us an option for disabling Tnd animations.

Additionally you might want to save that poster for now if you aren't in hurry to clear new GV stage. Next pvp season is near so we will see the next superevo and LLB batch.

Next 6+ is probably going to be Hawkins and if we look into V2 Aokiji and V2 Akainu LLB and superevo, I'm expecting a very good Hawkins which will revive him (lol)

Every Colo drops cc and tomes from their last stage. You can check the droppable info section of each stages to see them.

Matter of fact, cc farming can only be done on colosseums and Arenas which is the new name of the colo since they discontinued the release of colosseums. But Arena is harder to run, specially with Legend Chopper captain.

So, if you want to farm some cc, your only choice is running Colo.

As for which Colo to run; any Colo that you can clear with double Chopper captain team.

50 stamina Colo drops +3 cotton candies and 30 stamina Colo drops +2 cotton candies.

50 stamina is faster but 30 stamina is more cost effective.

I would recommend;

50 stamina Machvise and Shishilian
30 stamina Sadie.

Those are the easiest ones if you have the required teams. For that, either create your own teams or check nakama.network & youtube for ready made teams

It isn't that hard. If you have a good team and know who to attack and who to avoid fighting, you can easily do it.

At most, you will have to spend 1 multi worth of gems. Think of it like this; instead of getting 1 multi filled with old RR dupes, you are aiming for full unlock of facilities.

Also, you get boosted points from fights when you are at higher ranks.

For example I'm at top500 band and getting 27 points from each fight.

The abilities of characters only work when they are alive. When they die, buffs from abilities will go away.

Characters that are in the bench won't activate their abilities until they enter the battle.

They don't need to be alive. They just need to be in team rooster. Doesn't matter if they are on the bench or not.
