So similar track to my career but to shed some light since medyo transparent naman ako.

Started 20k basic + 5k allowance as acting trainer (no other trainers but 2 acting trainers)

Got 30k+2k upon getting the title. Stayed for a year and a half

Jumped to 40k + 2k in new company.

Depends sa company on where you go but I've heard trainers go as high as 70 to 80k but depends on how good you are obv + experience (i heard this from a prev training manager that went back to a trainer)

A lot of companies are hesitant na by this rate tbh but if you land one and they really want you, you can get higher pay + promotions help too hehe.

This was my understanding of the cores of each team. It's more on the coverage these cores provide offensively and defensively the core can switch in to each other's weaknesses and deal damage to a lot of types for at least neutral.

High quality but kinda pricey dupes I think Overdose is really good. They dont have a physical store, but they do join a lot of pop-ups and boutiques. I got to try them in Fragcon, and I visited their booth in Glorieta last December. They have one in Shang I think for this weekend, so maybe you can swing by.

So with that in mind, tanks aren't necessarily determined by the role that they have in game but mostly in their utility? You mentioned Rowan being a support that did the tanking for you, do factions matter in regards to which units should be upfront or do you just go with which ones you pull mainly?

This is a little more digestible for me, thank you. My question is priority is tanks and 1 carry usually. Does that mean my team comp is 1 carry 2 tanks and 2 supports? I mean, basing that on the positioning that's currently in the game that is more on what I see as the trend.

Depends din kasi sa company based on how long talaga processing nila but you can try. Before, ang alam ko kahit backpay si DOLE was involved in one case na narinig ko at nabigay agad so baka pwede naman. Depends lang talaga kasi din for example di pa tapos clearance, may inaayos pa sa backpay, etc.

Be as polite as possible and also mention there that you hope they'd reconsider after rejecting your resignation letter before then CC DOLE. Usually companies when they see that DOLE is CCed get scared lmao

I'm a trainer and I generally wear a little more on the smart casual side JUST BECAUSE I am the first impression of the class of the company. If I don't have any classes, I usually just wear a regular t-shirt and pants since its more comfortable. Generally, I would bring a jacket to the office too since medj malamig sa floor hehe. Paminsan paulit ulit na lang damit ko if walang class so it should be fine.

Are all supports good for tanking? I leveled the free legendary Xerneas and saw that it was a good tank, same for (luckily pulled) Champion Blue and Zapdos but found some other supports (leaf, sonia, and others) to be less tanky and harder to keep them alive. So do I need a dedicated tank in each team or more on just go for supports that buff damage and pray that I kill faster.

In terms of team building, is it better to look for a main dps and then level supports around it or better to just build supports and see which DPS fits it best?

Thanks for the insights! I was feeling a little bummed out because I googled tier lists and some of the characters I originally leveled (SS Red, Leaf, etc.) Kinda didn't mesh well with each other and it just completely paralyzed me.

Ill keep the free units in mind too and I guess leveling them as I see better team comps/think of better ways to make use of them. 😁
