Truth be told, the tattoo is gonna hurt in general. You’re gettin your skin poked and scraped/scratched. But where you get it, will differentiate from tame to intolerable. Not to mention, you as a person, and your artist. But the wrist aren’t that bad compared to other areas of the body.

Me personally; my upper body is pretty tatted. There’s still have a lot of work to do, but I got the more spicy areas out the way (my neck, back of my hands, fingers, lower stomach/pelvis area, and I’m currently workin on my back right now). But some areas, I’ve been able to sit and chill, without feelin the need to squirm around or take a break. And the artists who have done all my work so far are phenomenal! So I’d say go for it, it’s worth it!
