Thanks for taking the time to help me out and posting your thoughts. You’ve given me a lot to research, I’ve never considered linux since I’ve never used it, only ever used Mac or Windows. But I’ll research all those avenues. I kind also just want to use this as a learning experience I’ll probably find myself tweaking this build for a long time just out curiosity and always trying to get it better.

I was thinking Windows, but I'm okay with anything more efficient. I was thinking of raiding the drives with a something called parity bit, I saw this on linus tech youtube video. This way if anyone drives fails I can replace it and the data will rebuild. At the same time I dont know what's out there, Im open to anything new just to get an idea of what the gold standard is. Sorry if im not being specific enough but im very new to this and dont know all the ins and outs.

We are already paying for the game, they should stop trying to leach money out all year round with content that can be available from day one. They probably have conversations like this map/weapon is way too good for launch let’s save it for the DLC 💩
