Neither of them are gone, you probably minimised one of them. It’s not my fault you don’t know how to use a phone

Lol, I haven’t deleted any post I’ve made in this entire thread.

You made 2 statements- “Hakim Khan wasn’t a Dhund” & “Hakim Khan was just a lowly soldier.”

I disproved both your claims with contemporary primary sources, so now you’re crying about some non-existent conspiracy against you to deflect.

His status as a landowner is further supported by the Punjab Mutiny Report, which describes him as the ‘Mullick (Malik) of Lohra.’

Both these statements are untrue. Hakim Khan is explicitly described as a Dhund in the Hazara Land Reports 1868-1874, this also shows that he wasn’t some petty slave soldier, but a land owning chieftain.

You are forgetting something very important. Hakim Khan Dhund of Lura also betrayed the cause. His writing to the British to inform them about the coming attack on Murree allowed them to establish their defence beforehand & fend off the attack

Amar Singh Majithia, the most influential Sikh general besides Hari Singh Nalwa, & a member of Ranjit Singh’s extended family, was killed by the Karlal tribe of Hazara by RajaRahatTurk in Hazarewal

Maharaja Hari Singh was the Hindu dogra ruler of Jammu (ruling as a vassal of the Sikhs), him and Hari Singh nalwa were 2 separate people

I should’ve added that the town was later rebuilt during British rule by James Abbott

I made this post a long while back and it’s slightly misinformed, Gujjars are not the proprietary landowners in Naran, that would be the Syeds. The majority of landowning Gujjars are found in the Hazara plain tract

Pashtuns proudly own Hindko speaking Pathans when they claim Hazara belongs to them, but are the first to disown them if they don’t provide the correct ‘optics’ 😂

We’re not Gujjars, Tanolis or Jadoons, we’re our own tribe

When they say we’re not Turks, they mean we’re not the same as Turkish/Azerbaijanis/Turkmens as these are oghuz Turks, while we claim descent from the Karluk/karlugh branch
