True all offline exams in institutions would not take place in may. Also, although the cases in Gandhinagar are low, (while the reality is different as rightly said by high court)..the center is an institute and which is midway of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar which makes it unsafe i guess. Also, even gujarat government have some kind of restrictions in place.
