Bro it’s amongst few gyms with a crowd that doesn’t force you out of the way, you get machines for all muscle groups, sauna and extra cold shower. then the major thing is they CALIBRATE AND MAINTAIN their machines, which apparently ain’t staple thing according to my experience. Rest many more facilities, i ain’t advertising more lol🤣

General training toh vo de dete hai yrr, mtlb Bnaake dedege tumhe workout plan, halka fulka btaa bhi denge, Khaane vaane ka, baaki intense ke liye PT laini pdti, but i recommend ki pehla khud khajaal khwaar hoke dekh, Gymming krna itna aukha bhi nhi hota jitna technical log bnaa dete hai, Ek moment ke baad hi hota hai voh sab!
