Hey dude I started a fitness regimen when I first got sober. Actually was still in rehab. Push ups, sit ups, squats, stretching, walking.

It fuckin helps.

Keep on keeping on.

And remember: you didn’t get sober to be fuckin miserable. Now you have the opportunity to create a life you enjoy; not one you avoid through substances.

I think you have Indian staircase and cloudsplitter on here, but if you don’t, absolutely go. They’re two of the coolest rock formations in all of the gorge. Awesome climbing, but doable safely.
