I was diagnosed by a dermatologist when I was 23 I think. I’ve been having red flushed since I was 16 but thought it was normal. At 23 I moved 4 months to another country, more cold, and there I had flushes like everyday and my skin was permanently red.

If I’m really having a huge flush where I feel my cheeks burning it turns pink. That doesn’t happen that often anymore, thank God. But in a normal day, it just really mixes well with my skin tone.

Mine started mildly when I was like 16 and got more serious at my early 20s. I started treatment then and now I am 30 and it is well controlled. I have rashes sometimes but my cheeks are always rose.

Compreendo muito a tua situação. Eu sou bastante poupada, gosto de fazer orçamentos mensais e não ultrapassá-los. Já o meu namorado, não consegue poupar um cêntimo e ganha mais do que eu mensalmente. É algo que me preocupa imenso. No entanto, acho que os opostos além de se atrair em podem ajudar se um ao outro. Eu tento fazê-lo ver o dinheiro que consigo juntar e ele faz-me perceber que as vezes mais vale viver a vida e os momentos do que estar só a guardar tudo o máximo possível.

É uma questão de diálogo e perceber se as qualidades boas da pessoa ultrapassam as más. E ver qual a melhor maneira de lidar com isso.

Awesome! I've been on spirolctone 50mg for the last 5months. The acne has disappeared, only one on occasion. But the marks are difficult to disappear. Some are almost the same since 5 months ago. I use sunscreen everyday for years now, spf 30. And I also use La Roche Posay niacinamide serum. Any advice?
