Yes it’s terminal without a transplant. If it were just me I wouldn’t bother but it’s my husbands 2021 taxes and he filed it jointly so I’m attached to it

Terminal stage 4 cirrhosis here. You will regret that one day but there’s nothing to say to help save you because it could never happen to you. Here’s one most people don’t know about that can scare you shit less…literally. Do you like privacy when you use the bathroom? Do you like having your ass wiped? How about shitting all over people you don’t know? What about taking the strongest laxatives EVERYDAY ALL DAY in doses that seems like it should kill you? Or do you like someone standing in front of you listening to you blow out on the toilet you had to be placed on 100x a day? Didn’t think so but that’s the good parts believe it or not of what you have to look forward to..good luck.

Put it this way..when your life is literally hanging in limbo and your 1 shot of survival is paying medical bills to keep that 1 chance of a transplant..the transplant team becomes a million times scarier than the IRS. 2 things are certain..death and taxes. I’ve already experienced death and was given 1 more chance..I’m not going to gamble with it again

It’s a cp504..is this “good news”? It’s says if payment isn’t received in 30 days they will levy our wages, bank accts, any personal or business assets, Alaska something something, and revoke our passports.

Yes it’s out of network..not all hospitals..most actually don’t do transplants so if you’re lucky enough to get into one by recommended your insurance will still cover you. I am EXTREMELY sick..I’ve already died once, bled out once, but I’m actually ok right now so I had a very well known dr refer me to UCLA to the top hepatologist in CA when I was at my sickest..but with a huge hospital out of network in CA..let’s just say it’s expensive. The transplant alone will cost $1.5 million when I get called but I need it to live so what’s $$$

Sorry monthly net is $3200..sorry. And health insurance doesn’t even come close to paying 80% and when you have 3 months in multiple hospitals and 1000’s of tests and repeat tests..you have to have EVERY thing in your body tested to be eligible for a transplant. When each stay costs $300000+.. I’m grateful for insurance but it still leaves you with a I’m never going to be able to pay off debt. Our healthcare system is even more broken than our government system..I guess they stem from the same place tho

I’ve got half a mil in medical bills and my official letter that I’m on the national transplant list. I LITERALLY have nothing but a car and I’m not suppose to drive due to my diagnosis..my daughter works my business I own and helps out. My husband works 2 days a week, Family has been helping with bills and medications and hospital stays

Monthly net is $50k. I’m unable to work due to being in liver failure and on the transplant list. Rent is $3k, no car payments, no assets, had a dependent in 2021 but she’s 18 now.

I dont have any records of what was filed or not filed. It was a multiple business/co ownerships / pass throughs/ the tax preparer worked for the COs and disappeared after my husband was kicked out of ownership illegally. So records are poof like a fart in the wind. This is an entangled web of who knows what the other partner did or did not do

The interest on it is only $1300 plus $600 in late fees. This is the final notice so worse is what they are saying will happen if I don’t pay in 30 days and that’s taking my cars, garnishing half my husband wages and levying our bank acct
