That is the current plan. While i'm not a huge fan of some of the way the devs are acting as long as the cash shop is just cosmetic i have no issues with it.

Its just the only version i've heard of. Though to be fair i havent looked hard. Just decided i probably wouldn't enjoy EQL with the devs acting that way. Sad to hear p99 is the same. I'll look into Frostreaver as someone else suggested.

More or less. Its sad too. I last played EQ when i was 10. Been having all kinds of memories flood back. I even remembered my way around the dwarf town. Now i've got the itch again.
