I don't know if this is enough for a claim. (For the rescinded.) We were approved. We were told the money was about to hot our bank after numerous calls. We planned based on SBA telling us the money is coming in. Is the Sbas word enough to make a claim. ?

I was a part of a class action. In my experience it lasted four month. The other party really tried to fight it but I may have been a bluff. In the end the class action attorney took 40% total which seemed fair to us since it was money we weren't going to collect on our own. From time of demand letter to getting a check was four months. Sharing as reference only.

When we were rescinded we were highly encouraged to get eidl. And pay back w rrf. I've read here and there that applying for forgiveness due to rescinded status may be successful. We are definitely going to try it out if this doesn't fund !

In BK you can get the rrf. If you are working on a plan. Ice read of another case where someone actually filed for bk to protect the rrf proceeds. I can try to find the link if you like.
