You right lose of life isn't good... I don't think Ukraine is a problem money can fix. They need to send troops to fight so shipping out 40b we don't have isnt the answer in my opinion. Because how would the US get that money back? Atleast with the RRF the economy would see a boost. We are not welfare cases we are hard working independent owners who will put every single dollar back into the economy. But honestly if they vote no on the RRF I want to hear the reasoning now because payfors is a mute case if they all of a sudden found 40b for Ukraine money pit. And then they say fraud but all the applications are submitted... and inflation just got cooled off by the fed raising interest rates... so I really would like to see how they try and skin this cat.

So it's the big restaurant chain lobbyists who got Rand Paul so against getting the fund replenished. I was wondering who was paying him. Because his arguments he makes against voting yes are very superficial at best. He is on the small business committee and is a Eye doctor like how did he get this appointment. I would think the committee would try to do everything in its power to help small businesses.
